It is a cGMP compliant, FDA Registered and ISO 9000 Certified clean room molding facility, fully equipped with closed loop microprocessor controlled machinery, integrated over-head crane and external drying / material feeding capabilities, able to handle almost any medical molding or clean room plastic injection molding requirements. With regulated temperature and humidity control, and HEPA filters that efficiently remove airborne particles as small as 0.5 microns, EVCO Plastics has full control of all phases of production, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
