EVCO Plastics Calhoun is nominated for Manufacturer of the Year Award
EVCO Plastics in Calhoun, Georgia is nominated for the 2008 Georgia Manufacturer of the Year Award. Coosa Valley Technical College and the area Chambers' of Commerce nominated EVCO Plastics for the annual award that recognizes the valuable impact manufacturing makes on the state of Georgia. "EVCO represents the high quality of our companies in Gordon County. They have made a positive economic impact on our community and continue to expand and improve their products," said Tim Hart, Coosa Valley Technical College's Director of Business and Industry for Gordon County. "They give back to the community, provide jobs, and ongoing training for their employees. EVCO's local leadership team displays integrity and values each employee."
