EVCO Plastics is a leader in medical plastics and clean room injection molded plastics, with over 34,000 square feet dedicated to our Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) clean room plastic injection molding facility in Deforest, WI. We recently opened our new ISO Class 8 clean room at our plant in Dongguan, China, bringing our medical molding expertise to EVCO Plastics China.

Our state-of-the-art clean room molding facilities are equipped with multiple horizontal and vertical plastic injection molding machines, ranging in size from 28 to 300 tons.

FDA Registered, cGMP compliant and Certified to ISO 13485, our clean room molding facilities are fully equipped with closed loop microprocessor controlled machinery, integrated overhead crane, and external drying and material feeding capabilities, so it is able to handle almost any medical molding or clean room plastic injection molding requirements.

With regulated temperature and humidity control, and HEPA filters that efficiently remove airborne particles as small as 0.5 microns, EVCO Plastics has full control of all phases of production, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
