The goal of the EVCO Plastics Wellness Program is to have healthier employees and, in turn, lower annual increases in health insurance costs. We offer a variety of Wellness Programs including: smoking cessation, weight loss challenges, gym reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, EVCO Gardens, monthly healthy snacks, Health Fairs, Blood Drives, Lunch & Learns and much more.

EVCO Plastics also has a Safety Lunch program where we provide monthly lunches to our employees for working without a lost-time injury. This encourages our employees to follow safety guidelines so they are not hurt at work. Our EVCO Plastics Med plant went over 8 years without a lost-time injury.
